DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF: Broken furniture, scraped doorways, $100 deposit promise but charged $200 fraudulently, rude emails/texts from Ricky and Ben Awful! Will lie about the quote they give you then increase it once they show up at your house (after they take your deposit). They will rush you to sign contracts that don't say what they quote, and even though they say verbally 3-7 business days, they rush you to sign a contract that says 21 business days. I have a $400 difference in what Ricky quoted me online and what Ben actually quoted at my house a week later for the same exact furniture. Ricky is very deceiving and its all a scam. Ben is very rude after he has taken your deposit, which he says is $100 but then actually withdraws $200. FRAUD. I have reported them to the credit card company. Do not pay cash up front. They will steal your furniture if you do. They say 50% up front then when they get to your house they say 70%. I made the mistake of paying it all and so they kept my furniture. After multiple emails way past the 3-7 business days they promised, they finally delivered my furniture 17 days later. DO NOT use this company. They are fraudulent and they will keep your furniture once they have your money. Had I not emailed them and called them multiple times, they never would have delivered it. Ricky's actual response was "we hadn't heard from you"?! You don't need to hear from me to deliver my furniture on time. The man who finally delivered my furniture was very nice but outsourced (worked for another company) by them and told me so many stories about the furniture they steal. They didn't even send him with any men to help him move anything, so he was forced to unload my furniture himself. Because I have a caring heart I helped him and I am so ashamed he has to work for these awful people.
