After purchasing a book from them, they continued to charge my credit card $19.95 for ten months then $9.95 for the remaining months until I noticed the charges. I was never informed of their membership program or benefits. They processed a total $358.60 in unauthorized charges. When I contacted them, they told me they could only refund two month's worth of charges (less than $20). By the way, the book I bought cost only $4.
