"(Member name removed), During our last phone conversation I advised you that we would not be assuming responsibility for your property. We did a liquid only treatment in November. We used no fertilization on your property. The treatment was an imidacloprid used to treat pesticide. There are no notes of any tech or employee at Diligent stating we responsible for any sort of damage. In fact, the only notes we have on your account were notes stating how you were thoroughly unhappy with your current provider and requested an inspection to see if we could "better/save" your current conditions before we treated. We did one treatment on 11/1/12. We do not know what transpired prior, during or after. I cannot prove you or a 3rd party misused chemicals or possibly a weed killer, all I can prove is we did not based on your account."
