Tomer Cohen and his crew were exceptional!! They were always on time and responded in a timely manner to all our questions and concerns. Their work was exceptional and they took the time to guide us through design features. they are highly competent and knowledgeable through all aspects of design and construction. They exceeded our expectations in every respect! They were all very courteous and pleasant to work with. their work quality provides a great value for the money. I highly recommend Designer Homes Construction!!!

The project went smoothly from start to finish, beginning with the planning and architectural stages, through the choosing of tiles and vanities, and then through the demolition, and reconstruction. A variety of choices were presented to us; we did choose some upgrades, but could have had the project completed for less, had we chosen, and it still would have looked beautiful. The company listened to what we wanted to do, and the solutions they presented to us for renovation were quite creative. The final result is nothing short of stunning.

We have done 2 renovations with them and we are on our 3rd renovation this year. I can say that they are very respectful, and easy to work with. They are very honorable on their quotes that they provide, very trustworthy and they do an impeccable work. They did a fabulous job and the owner has a vision, a very unusual and creative ideas. They are very responsive and accountable, we had no issues whatsoever with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a major home renovation project with a lot of customization. Tomer and his team handled the job professionally and beyond my expectations. Despite the complexity of the project and the multiple unexpected problems we found from the previous owner, Designer Homes Construction completed everything on time and on budget. We love that it was done quickly, timely, thoroughly, and within budget. Tomer has a keen eye for details. We love our new beautiful house! Will use them again and recommend to all our friends.

The project went very well.  They cover all of our furniture and laid construction paper on the floor to prevent any damage. This entire project took place while we were out of state.  The contractor provided me with updates and photo's as the work progressed.  I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.

We have lived in our home for 39 years and wanted to update the bathrooms and our master bedroom and closet. As a result we have a beautiful new shower in our master bathroom, a gorgeous master closet orginazational system, and a master bedroom complete with crown molding. They also update the electrical and plumbing. The guest bathroom was also updated with a new tub, tile and all new cabinets and fixtures. The new ceilings are a welcome addition. They were very responsive to our requests and input as far as our tastes in decorating went. They did a beautiful job keeping the work site clean at the end of each day. We really appreciated this because we were living in the house while construction was going on. The tile work in both bathrooms are a work of art.

The entire project from start to finish ran so smoothly that I had to pinch myself. I have been getting estimates from different companies for the last year. I didn't connect on a design basis with anyone until I met Tomer Cohen. We spoke of what I wanted down to the smallest details. He gave me ideas that had not occurred to me and brought me a design plan on our next meeting. He made the entire process fun and exciting. We went looking for materials and he was able to tune into my tastes after showing him samples of what I liked.
He sent me shopping to the most exquisite wholesaler and once I picked out what I wanted, he took my ideas, improved on them and gave me a bathroom that was so far above my expectations that I'm making a "shower" party so that I can show off the most beautiful and unique room in my house.
He and his staff were courteous, professional, punctual and paid attention to each and every detail. Nothing was impossible and if I had the slightest hesitation, they went out of their way to make me happy.
I am already thinking of the next project I will hire DesignerHomes to do While their prices were not the lowest of all estimates I was given, what I got in return is above and beyond what others had offered.

I rarely write reviews but I had to share my experience with Designer Homes Construction. I have completely renovated 4 homes and dealing with DHC was by far the best experience. From the first meeting to the final punch list, their professionalism and attention to detail sets them apart. They also made recommendations along the way that made the project better, even though it caused delays for them because we had to get the drawings changed by the architect. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

We are so pleased with the results of our new apartment. After our initial meeting with Tomer Cohen, we concluded that we could return to our home in NJ. Except for a few trips back and forth over the 5 month period to select materials, he walked me through the project via phone calls, emails and pictures.

He was very detailed, patient, and conscientious. He would discuss options with us when there were any questions about the installation and/or other costs involved with the project. He delivered on everything that he said he would.

Very easy to work with. He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond to make us happy. He had great input with suggestions as the remodeling projects as they unfolded and he was flexible when we asked him to expand his scope of work. His pricing is fair and I have referred him to personal friends to use this company's services.

Met several times for design of kitchen. Assistance was provided and all questions answered. The owner took a lot of time with us and we didn't feel rushed. Measurements for cabinets taken and rechecked. All cabinets came in, in perfect condition. No problems with installation. During the process our minds had changed regarding selections and we were accommodated without complaints. Family run business with one employee. We entrusted them with our home key when we were out of town and floors were demoed. Returned home to a clean home. There were issues with some of the tile installation and tiles were torn out and replaced to my satisfaction. All issues that came up during the process were addressed and remedied, all with a good attitude. Owner was always available by phone and returned phone calls promptly by end of business day. They enjoy what they do and it showed. Owner knowledgeable about the current trends and products. They were a pleasure to work with.
