Could not be worse. Nightmare experience. Ordered 3 windows and sliding glass door on April 5, 2012. paid 50 percent at contract signing on April 5, 2012. Was told on July 16th that windows were due on July 23rd. No call from contractor and no windows. Calls were made but never returned. Had to spend $200 on a lawyer to try and get my windows and door. Finally got 2 windows and door installed on September 4th and 5th a full 5 months after ordering them. 1 window was wrong type and had to be reordered. Final inspection was on 11/7/12. On January 9, 2014 noticed water leaking through locks on 2 windows which were, according to an authorized dealer of the window manufacturer, incorrectly installed without a mull bar. Had to have the 2 windows replaced. They were only 16 months old ! I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

It was a wonderful experience. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time and provided professional service. The price was more than fair. They have a great product and I would recommend them at any time.
