I purchased this house 3/9/23 and I noticed the roof was leaking though the skylight right after moving into the home. I contacted the seller who informed me she had just purchased a new roof and that it was under warranty. I reached out to the roofing contractor, Dan the shingle man. When I reached out to Dan, he confirmed the roof is under warranty. I have reached out constantly for a year, the roof continues to leak, I have sent pictures of the water coming in to the house through the skylight and my concerns about the damage to the home and I am also very concerned about the potential of mold being a single mother with 3 young children at home. I have called, texted and emailed repeatedly, providing photos of the issue and have been assured he will honor the warranty and fix the issue. I have been blown off completely, the roof warranty has not been honored and I am at a loss as to how I can get my roof fixed. This contractor is not fulfilling both his warranty and his assurances that he would repair his faulty roof install. 8/22/23 First call explaining the issue and asking for him to honor the warranty and fix the leak 8/23/23 Follow up with email with photos 9/1/23 Texted with concerns and photo 9/1/23 Emailed with concerns and photo saying it’s getting worse 6/14/24 Emailed asking why he sent someone in September to look at it and never made the repairs, provided phots showing the leaking and damage continuing to get worse. 6/20/24 Following up, asking for an update 6/20/24 He responded saying "we will be in contact shortly" no response ever happened 7/4/24 Emailed explaining the roof continues to leak and that the damage is getting worse No contact from Dan Wisnoski to this day

When I phoned about a leak, Dan came right out.  The next day, his assistant came and made repairs; however, the roof continued to leak!  I phoned Dan and have to say that he didn't respond as quickly as the first time, so I was a little nervous.  After several days, Dan did come out and he made good on the roof repair - just in time before a torrential downpour!  No more leak!
I would use Dan's services again, and I recommend him.
