Horrible experience. I bought a set of tires, they started to installed them, suddenly I received a call telling me that a bolt was stuck in one of the tires, that if I authorized to continue on my own risk if the stud brakes, I didn’t know what to do, so I said go ahead, they broke the stud and they forgot to put two bolts in my tires at the end after two hours waiting! When I went to talk to the manager he said that the stud wasn’t straight that is why. I also talked to the guy doing it and he said that they don’t use lubricant or any screws spray for removal because they are not allowed by the EPA and that they are not mechanics..... conclusion to repair the damage they did, I spent $198.34. Ridiculous the lack of professionalism of that organization. Don’t go to Costco tires they are a joke!!!

Very professional staff, full selection of tires and a great sale on the tires I needed. They suggested an alternate tire that was not going on sale till next week and offered a way to get the tires now at the sale price. Very impressed.

I went in picked the tires I wanted then made an appointment and showed up and they installed and balanced the tires

I got 4 new bridgestone tires put on. When getting tires at Costco you get lifetime tire rotation and nitrogen fill ups. Excellent service and excellent tires. I had to go back to get a nitro fill and it took less then 15minutes. They also offer the best warranty on tires(as long as you keep them in alignment.

They have a gas station and their gas is about normally 5and cent; or more cheaper per gallon and since I'm a number, I get a 4% discount per dollar and I like that. I also like the good products at excellent prices.
