Jim was professional and very helpful. He came to the house and took the computer for analysis. Once he discovered it was shot he gave me options regarding reparing the old computer and did not presssure me in any way. He researched the best computer for my needs and gave me his opinion on what would be best. He set up the new laptop and got me back in service quickly. He was prompt, responsive and reliable.
