 + -1 moreThe wait time can sometimes be long. Also my calls dropped in process. But the ultimate goal was resolved and now my land phone works and my cell phone calls in the house are not dropping off. She was patient with my lack of confidence in trying to fix the problem myself. She was able to identify the problem, for me a big deal, and then it was done after a few minutes. She was really good at her job, thorough, patient, competent, and cared about resolving my problem. Very pleased and would have given an A if the wait time was shorter.
Description of Work: I had trouble with my Comcast land phone line...no ring and my cell line calls were dropping. I finally called them. Took a long wait time to get someone but the help I did ultimately received was great. It turned out that the phone plug wasn't properly installed in the wireless modum. I am technically challenged but she talked me through the process and it was resolved.

Description of Work: The cable box failed to operate after several years of use. I took it to the Boca Raton office to replace it. The office has an easy touch-screen sign-in system so that each person is served in the order they arrived. The office is clean, neat, spacious, and well-lit. Seating is provided. I had to wait about 10 minutes. Four service representatives were helping customers. The service representative was welcoming and friendly. I was given a new cable box and instructions regarding how to activate it. Overall, the experience was positive and my problem was solved quickly.
