In getting my father's Comcast Internet and tv installed a year ago it was a nightmare. Wrong services installed, billed twice for the same (wrong) work and at least six months of calling, writing and in-person visits. If I ever move into a community that provides Comcast I will pay extra for AT&T or anyone else.
