TV Service - Cable
Terrible. They gave me an appointment, then cancelled it without notifying me that the order couldn't be completed. Talked to 3 different people and everyone gave me a different story about why I couldn't have what I had asked for. I was then told I would have to pay for a service call unless I wanted to do self-installation after the previous person had told me self-installation wasn't available for the equipment I was getting. Second person insisted it was available, then gave me different information about how the system would operate. I got so frustrated I just gave up.
Comcast sends a sheet out each year with a list of packages/prices but when I called I was told that the package I wanted was not available in this area and they tried to talk me into a more expensive package.
To add insult to injury, while their high speed internet is fast when it works, it doesn't provide a consistent connection and I frequently get messages telling me I am not connected to the internet. Can't wait to change to a different provider!
