Have been to Coastal before and returned for the 55,000 mile service, oil change and to check my alignment.  They performed all services and said the alignment was good and didn't need service. My wife received a list of everything they did along with a list of suggested services for the future.  Front brake pads were very bad so we've scheduled to have them replaced next week.  Estimated cost is $160, which is right in the middle of the range found at repairpal.com for our 2008 Elantra in our zip code.  Highly recommend them as they are professional, friendly and reliable.

We have been going to Coastal Tire and Auto for over 30 years.  They are a family business and have taken good care of every car we have owned in that time, as well as a few services on our motor home.  They are kind, knowledgeable, and charge fair prices. They are always welcoming and do their best to fit you in if there is a problem.  The only time we have used another provider is when Coastal could not perform the service needed.

Called soon after they opened and was greeted cordially by Cathy who gave me an estimate
to check my electrical system and install a new battery. She said they would get to it if I brought
the car in within an hour.
Was recommended to Coastal by a long time friend and introduced myself to Bob, the owner.
Bob went right to work to check the electrical system and promptly replaced my battery and
rechecked everything. No unnecessary upselling of parts and service and kept the price to the
estimate. Seems like good old fashioned honesty and service. I'll be back again and will now
send my friends. Well worth the 25 minute drive. I hope lots of new business won't affect the
good service and reasonable prices.

They were friendly and professional like local places were back many years ago. I told them it wasn't cooling like it use to, I was afraid it was the evaporator. They did their diagnosis and discussed their findings with me and what was going to be involved to fix it. We worked out a plan and schedule and they did the work.

It was a good experience, I'll come back.

Had to get my brakes changed as they were worn out. Fair prices and were definitely cheaper than the dealer. Writing this review one year later to just say that the brakes are working great.

It didn't go well. Several people had recommended them to me. They weren't able to fix the air conditioner so I had to take it to the dealership in Fort Lauderdale. They fixed the part on the front end and used the warranty company I had. The problem was I was only supose to pay my deductable which was 100.00. But the charged me an additional amount which was the difference between their price and what the warranty company would reimburse. This is the first and last time that will happen. Japaneese Auto charged me the deductable and that was it. Even tire plus was honest in that regard. Won't be going back to coastal tire.

They quote every job so I can chose which jobs I need to get done or not. They went out of their way to help me out to get in and out the same day. They kept me updated on everything that was going on without me having to bug him about it. They explained everything that was going on very clearly and showed me exactly what was happening. I need to schedule with him to get my breaks done.

Great experience. I shopped a couple of different shops, and after getting a verbal quote I went to Coastal to determine if I needed just two or all 4 tires. Since I have an upcoming long road trip they recommended the additional tires. Based on my driving habits they recommended a tire that met my specific needs.
Very professional. I will be going back for all my service needs!

I've been going there for about 20 years. They do a great job. They are very helpful and friendly. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They aren't pushy. They are very fair and honest. They get the job done in the time they say. They are very competent. I've never had a problem with any of the work they have done.

It went smooth as butter.

I knew I needed an oil change and I speculated I needed a resistor for my A/C as it only ran on high. I made an appointment in advance and they scheduled me promptly for the day after July 4th (holiday). I dropped my car off about 8:30 am and within an hour they called to tell me that I did need the resistor and quoted me the price. I gave the go ahead for repairs. The car was finished about 2 hours later. I loved the courteousness and professionalism of the woman who answers the phones. I am going to use this company again.

They are excellent. We have been going there for about forty years. We wouldn't be going there still if we hadn't had excellent service. We don't recall the amount we spent the last time. They didn't replace anything. It was just whatever the service was. We don't know how to rate them on price. We really don't have anything to compare it to because we have always gone there. We have always felt that it was fair. We haven't gone anywhere else. We would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I really like them a lot and I have been there a couple of times. I don't hesitate giving them five stars. Right off the back they are very friendly and welcoming especially the girl in the office Chris. It's a family ran business so Chris is actually the daughter of the owner but she is very friendly very welcoming and she is one that checks out parts and supplies and very detail oriented. She is the one who gave me the estimate and she also schedules and I brought my car in and I told them I would wait for it and they were very prompt in terms of their service. They got to the car immediately in fact when they did all of this work I was expecting to sit there for 3 or 4 hours. They had it done in two hours in which I was really surprised that they really took care of it immediately so I was gratified by that kind of service. They were very friendly and welcoming, excellent service and I think they did a very good job too, good quality work at a reasonable price.

I would use them again.

They are fair, honest, and a reputable establishment. I have NEVER had any issues with them. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my auto repair needs.
