Had no A/C in our house for over a month, paid $945 ON TOP of our $100 deductible with no explanation of why services we're not covered. The company would not pay for the repairs that the technician recommended, telling me "technicians are always just trying to upsell their jobs to make more money." Yes, thats a direct quote. Now, 12 days after the repairs were completed it is 86°F in our house again. My wife is going to be trying to sleep during the day while our house is hottest, because she works over night as a nurse.
