Excellent. The work performed: eight high hats , two dimmers ,and a light future removed. The process was time consuming and the electricians were quite efficient and precise in placing the high hats exactly in the right place. For my needs. I was very impressed in the way they ensured that my furniture was covered and protected prior to the work.being performed The electricians cleaned the areas where they performed the work. Best part of the whole experience was that the cost of the work performed was very reasonable. I would use their services again for sure.

Nick and Patrick were top notch electricians ! They arrived on time and were very accommodating and knowledgeable . They worked well as a team and were personable. They installed the electrical outlet and fixed the connection of a light switch / dimmer. Very reasonable price too ! I would highly recommend using Caner Electrical for all your electrical needs.

This is yet another great experience I've had with Caner. This particular City is a real challenge to deal with and I've had other contractors struggle to get permits, pass inspections and close out permits. Caner has been the most effective I've seen with the City. Part of it has to do with how they run their projects....and who they run their projects with. Keith has been my main contact and he is "on it" both with the City and with the guys doing the work. Also, with Caner we have had various guys do work for us - but, they've all been really professional both working with me and my spouse. Good plan for training and recruiting of their staff, I assume. Also, they just plain work hard to get things done fast. Their pricing is generally good, though I'm giving them a B here since the dollars on this project snowballed a little (really cannot blame Caner for that I don't think - but it was a lot to spend). Very happy and I'll look to use Caner again.

Their quoted rate for the job was $200 less than another estimate from another Angie's List provider. Did a better job than I expected. The outline of the ceiling conduit, which I never thought about, was very intelligently done and looks good. The position of one of the tracks was critical and the man doing the work, German (that's his name), made the track hot so we could get it in the correct position before it was screwed in. There was a problem with fan wobble at high speed but he took it down and strengthened the mount, which fixed it. Dispatcher Kevin was very helpful and stayed in touch (calling me). The owner who came out first to give the estimate, as the job was a little complicated, was also helpful and I learned from them.

The electrical work was a success Kevin(service manager) is very professional and helpful I was running with the times and Kevin got everything and passed inspection I recommend to hire Caner Electrical

Communications with the team is great, and I like that text alerts can be used as well for time sensitive matters. I never had any issues with matters related to the scope of work, how the job was to be performed, or billing. On our bathroom job, there was a complicating issue in the ceiling behind the fans which had a complexity, time and cost impact, but even with that, we amicably reached a decision on how to proceed and total cost. Workers have shown up when they said they would. Team is particularly good at executing the paperwork that accompanies work in condos. Our kitchen job is larger yet, but planning steps taken thus far have been what is needed, and Caner works with us to proactively avoid problems in permits or condo approval processes.

Kevin one of the owners was very knowledgeable and was able to change with the different requests I made. Especially since I was oy there for 2 weeks over Memorial Day. I am very happy.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. They gave me an estimated price and stuck to it even after I got a second opinion. They promptly came to fix the problem and replaced an entire breaker in record time! The workers were focused and polite. Kevin was an amazing advocate for me, who really has no idea of what I needed. He responded in a timely matter to any text, phone call, or email I sent! He took the time to explain things to me and never seemed to be frustrated with the redundant questions for my understanding, even when things were beyond the warranty. He even was able to work with me when came to the payment!!! I definitely would recommend these guys to my family and call them in the future!

Caner Electric is wonderful. We got them off of Angies list several years ago and have used them exclusively for all,our electrical needs. We have several rental properties that they have helped us with. They are always polite, and professional. This particular job lasted several,days. The property was older and had several electrical issues. As problems came up they always talked with us first before making any changes. The guys on the job had good support from the supervisors. Always felt like we were on this project as a team with them. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any electrical needs

We cannot be happier with the company and the work done. The responsiveness of Danny Caner when scheduling the estimate and the professional manner in which he shared details, as well as the quick receipt of the written estimate, completely met our expectations. Kevin Caner was a pleasure to work with for handling the permit, work scheduling, county inspection and payment - we did not have to lift a finger nor worry about anything. The workers, Nick and another who's name escapes me, arrived on time, identifiable as Caner employees, were friendly and proficient with their work. It was pouring rain and they made an unavoidable mess coming in and out as they needed to work but took the time to clean up once they were done. On inspection day, Jake Caner was on site to make sure that if the inspector had any issues they would be handled immediately - there were no issues, passed with flying colors. Once we are settled in our new home, and decide to add additional electrical upgrades, there is no question that we will call Caner Electric again, and again.

Caner was the only company, out of 6 that I called, who was willing to come out within 2 hrs to diagnose my emergency. The work was completed within hours which I was grateful for.

From the very first contact moment I talked to Kevin to the time I paid my bill... Caner Electric was " SPOT ON " I live in North Carolina and owned a House in Lake Worth. FLorida. Our Home has been in our Family since 1957 and was put on the Market to sell at the end of February. Needless to say that this was a Stressful Time.
