All roofing work is performed by our OWN employees, helping us to achieve a consistent high level of quality un-paralleled in the industry. Our management supervisory personnel visits each project daily. All employees are covered by Workers Comp insurance. We carry liability insurance with limits exceeding the levels mandated by the state of Florida. All work is performed in its entirety once it has begun, eliminating the delays and excuses used by typical roofing contractors. We require a small up-front deposit, allowing for the proper permit application and filing process only. All construction operations are completed using our business stability and financial resources, not yours. You pay only for what is in place. Through our unique design process, we take an active roll in working with each customer throughout the decision making process of the many choices of roof coverings available. We also provide up-to-date and accurate information with regards to product availability. We clean each jobsite daily, and do not leave construction equipment, dumpsters, or trucks over night (like most companies do), and allow your residence to be occupied and enjoyed by the people who should…you! The roof looks great
- Excellent communication from the request for an estimate to repair to a request for an estimate for a complete roofing redo for my single family residence. I have used this company in the past for repairs ( 3 months ago), and it finally got to the stage that a complete roofing redo was necessary given the age of the existing roof (1980's). I did not want to perform this complete redo during Hurricane Season, so we waited until December.
- Caldwell Roofing understands customer service and how to handle problems swiftly and professionally. The owner (Jon) provided consideration for a credit for the repair work performed in the recent past (3 months ago) due to my residence having another leak in another area of the home, and me deciding to have a complete roofing redo performed, based upon their competitive estimate and overall knowledge.
- I had 4 other roofing companies complete estimates for a roofing redo, and through that process of communication, Caldwell roofing stood out as the best provider and most knowledgable from a customer service perspective. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in the long run.
The final decision to utilize their services came down to this company being very involved from a communication standpoint, and me never having to chase them with phone calls, emails, etc… for pertinent follow-up. Yes, this is true value from a customer service perspective, not to mention their past history of work performed within Boca Raton, etc… and their standing within their applicable industry from an association and licensing standpoint.
The project is still on-going, and just started yesterday.
