This company out-performs all previous companies I had hired to maintain my swimming pool. I was not happy with their service and my husband spoke to them regarding my concerns and they reached out and addressed my concerns. We are very happy with their service and their customer service.

About the 10 minutes, I send every time two certified pool operators (CPO) to maintain your swimming pool. They work together very well and they are very efficient. Your beautiful, well balanced pool is a reflection of their maintenance services. About calling you before their arrival, as you know, they are there every week on the same day. They do not miss! We never had this type of request before, but we can make it happen for you. We have the phone number of your husband but not yours, so please text me your number."

They were courteous and were efficient. I live out of state and my home is being tenanted and I had a rough time with my previous pool company who for years I felt was ripping me off and I was right. I should have changed sooner and I am so happy that I now have a great company that took care of the issues with my pool and will now take over the service as well. I highly recommend them as they honest diagnoses the problems I had and did the job on time.

I was so impressed by Ricardo's honesty, efficiency, quality of work and value. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire project. I was amazed how quickly he was able to turn our pool into a sparkling clean paradise. He even made sure that I wasn't spending more than neccesary when we thought we needed a new pump. He sent out a tech who was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be recommending Bye Bye Green Pool to anyone who needs a pool serviced!
