Jim came within 24 hours to inspect my burglar system that had been installed in 1992. I had just moved into the unit and Jim explained and that the battery hadn't been changed since 1998! He changed the battery for me, explained the operation of the system (very simple) and I was extremely happy. He was professional, experienced, and I am going to hire Burglar Protection Systems for my new house! They were great.
