I killed my computer! I could get no further than the Windows page. Mark Brilliant tried to help me over the phone by restarting the computer on safe mode. Nope. He came to my home the same day and ended up carrying my computer, with no promises, to ICU. Because I work on my computer, this was a potential disaster. After a day and a half, he returned my working computer--during the weekend! All my files were there. I have used his company before and have always been totally satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone. Mark's suggestions have saved me money. For example, he recommended Avast anti-virus, which is free and has found many, many viruses. He is obviously very knowledgable as well as courteous and caring.
