They are fantastic at what they do! They communicate very well, their work is professional & top notch, they are very knowledgeable in their field, they are quick & efficient, they are very honest & guided me through every frustrating step. So horrible! I gave Chris Stevens a $1600 carpet to clean, in which he said he could and he absolutely RUINED it! There were tiny rips and strains after he “tried to clean” then ignored my calls for 3 MONTHS!
