Called november 2nd, left Voicemail...Returned phone call explain situation about a rental unit I have and that garage door is not closing (1ft off ground)and looked off track. I told them if they can take a look.. 2 days after they scheduled a time to go check out. They called me and said that a new motor was needed and they could fix track and that garage door didnt need to be replaced....Good news so far. They got to work the next day and finished job. Overall pretty pleasant experience..Paid $325 which i felt was reasonable for job description. Will use again if i need to

He did a good job and took a lot of time to do it right.  There was no upselling and I am sure if I used Broten or some other company, the price would've been twice as much

Very professional. Took the lifting devices off the garage door, and replaced the spring. I had called because I noticed when we moved into this new unit, there were no cables on the door and the door was extremely heavy to lift. They replaced the cables and serviced the door, plus he checked the motor thoroughly which was fine. Job took 1 hr. 45 min., 2 people, and charged $150 which I felt was very reasonable for the work performed. I would recommend them to others.

he replaced the PLASTIC connector between motor and screw which had crumbled (as it was designed to do after a few years) but there was also a circuit board problem and the cost to replace that compared to a new opener made the decision to replace the 6 yr old unit .. sheesh !

When I realized I had broken a spring I called Boca Door who had previously installed a garage door opener a few years ago. Adam called me back within an hour, quoted me a fair price and we scheduled the job for later in the afternoon. He showed up on time, took care of the problem quickly. This is my third experience with Boca Door and appreciate the quick, economical service. One of the things I like most about dealing with Boca Door is that they never try to up-sell me. I'll use them again.

I have used them before and the service call was very modest and the service is always good.

The installation went very well. However, I noticed a few days later that the doors did not completely close against the outside trim. I called Chuck and he came over the nest day and adjusted the fit of the doors himself.

We are extremely pleased with the job Boca Doors did and very pleased with price they did it at.

BOCA DOORS DID AN AMAZING JOB TO MAKE SURE THAT MY DOOR FITS TIGHTLY WITHOUT STICKING. I CAN NOW OPEN AND CLOSE MY DOOR WITHOUT HAVING TO PUSH OR PULL ON IT FIRST.
