BOCA CERTIFIED PLUMBING SERVICE

Lady at the desk scheduled an appointment for my client for a Wednesday morning with a window between 10 am and 2 pm. I had to arrange with a real estate listing agent and a tenant for this appointment and after confirmed, on Wednesday morning the lady called me to tell me the plumber could not go because he already had the day booked and she had not been able to know that due to the computers being down. I understood and cancelled the tenant and listing agent and rescheduled everybody for the following day with a window given to us between 10am and 1pm. At 12:45 of this day she called me to tell me that the plumber could not make the appointment due to another emergency. I understood and called the listing agent and tenant again who were by this time very annoyed and after some convincing they agreed to another appointment. When I called BOCA CERTIFIED PLUMBING SERVICE  INC again to tell the lady that they had agreed to the new time she had given us but that we all expected them to let us know with enough time in advance if this appointment was not going to work, she yelled at me on the phone and told me she'd cancel the appointment and after yelling at me without letting me say a word she hanged up the phone. 
Terrible customer service and this says a lot about a company. They are unreliable, rude and I am glad they never got to service me or my clients.

They seem to do a good job. They aren't exactly cheap.

He is neat and doesn't leave a mess. He arrives for appointments when he says he will. If he is not going to be there, he calls. The price might be more expensive, but in the long run it is worth it because they do such a good job. If you use this company, you might pay a little more, but it will be done professionally, and in the right manner.

I was referred by a friend. The scheduling desk was very professional. Work was scheduled in a reasonable time. Plumber arrived within the two hour window scheduled. Work was neatly and professionally done. I will use them again.
