pool cleaners
+ -1 more- although he charged me for stabilizer couple weeks ago. He was using the minimum of the chemicals to save money. I ended up canceling his contract and calling somebody else from an well established pool service and they told me there is nothing they can do to remove the staining from the walls -the entire pool will need to be resurfaced at a cost of 3500-4000$ dollars. When I tried to contact the Boca Blue Services to complain, they would not answer the phone. Stay away from this company, very unprofessional and they do not know their job.
Description of Work: This company has been servicing my pool for almost a year now, about 3 weeks ago we noticed the spa and the pool walls are looking dirty and turning dark-we informed the pool guy and he did not even seem to know about it until we pointed out. He said is probably from the rain and will send somebody to clean the spa but for the pool will be a 500$ charge. pool is screened in and we only go in maybe once a week. Almost 3 weeks later the spa is almost completely black and the pool itself is turning the same color- I took a sample of water to one of the pool stores to check it and turns out all the parameters are of the chart- no stabilizer
