The gentlemen arrived on time ( actually a little early), used booties to enter my house, and asked what I needed done. After showing them all the items, they started fixing everything as I asked. The slat on the vertical couldn't be fixed because the gear is so old, they are not made anymore. However, they moved the slat to the end (from the middle), so it's not visible and annoying anymore. The string was tightened and works well. They replaced all the broken plastic parts on the valances with magnets to attach the valance. Much easier and more practical. The hardware need to reattach the 2 wands was replaced and they now operate perfectly. This entire job was done in under an hour. Both gentlemen were very professional and friendly. Boca Blinds is definitely on my list of vendors to refer to others. Thank you for a great job!

We had the most positive experience with Boca Blinds: they arrived on time, did a marvelous job fixing the blinds that needed repair, fixed several additional problems that we had not even noticed, and left our home impeccable. We were so impressed with their work ethics and job performance that we will definitely contract them again. Excellent job! We highly recommend them.

The sales person was friendly, professional and on time. When she walked in and saw our view (the ocean), she said, "I know exactly what you need." She showed us what she had in mind and she was correct; it was perfect. We placed the order for the three blinds we needed. She gave us a quote which we felt was consistent with custom work and paid a 50% deposit. The blinds were ordered and installed about 3 weeks later. The installers were meticulous and we were quite impressed. It is almost a year later and we have opened and closed the blinds every day without a hitch. They work wonderfully and we are very satisfied. We will likely redo the window treatments in our bedrooms soon and plan to use Boca Blinds.
