Outstanding company. Competitive, efficient, on time, clean Used them 13 years ago, no service issues for 13 years so I had them upgrade unit to 16 seer. Took 3 hours. Make sure to ask for Ethan's install team. I will use them again in 13 years as RUUD seems to last about that long; we live 3 blocks from the ocean / salt spray, wind, sun, and a few hurricanes... This is a well managed company.

It was a clogged drain line. It was under warranty. There was no charge for the visit. I used them about one year. They take my calls. They can come right out. I called them because they can come right out.

It was good. The only problem that I had was I basically got same deal as the first one but it wasn't just twice as much. It was a little more than that. I'm not sure why it wasn't twice as much. My interaction with them was all good. Everything was good. It was just a little more expensive than I thought it would have been. The work was good.

My A/C stopped cooling last night, so I called Boca A/C about 8:30 AM this morning.  They told me they would send a technician sometime after 2 PM today.  At 11:30 AM Boca A/C called back and asked me if the technician could come now.  I said, "Yes, please!"  It's July in S. Florida and it's 90 degrees outside and 85 inside.
The technician arrived about 15 mins later, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty contact on a compressor switch and  fixed it.  It turned out that the switch was under warranty, so all he charged me for was a standard service call.
I've been using Boca A/C for over 35 years.  They may or may not be the cheapest people in town, but they are knowledgeable, honest, and they appreciate their customers.  I love having that kind of a relationship with a company.
By the way, unlike some service providers on Angie's List, Boca A/C did not solicit my review, nor do I know anyone at Boca A/C personally.

Went smoothly. Professional job, courteous installers. Prompt, neat. Would recommend highly. The owners, John and Joe, are knowledgeable and responsive. They put up with my delays with patience and without frustration.

I called them in due to the filter for the A/C being wet possible leak. He said it could be something with the humidity. He did not go into much detail. I knew something was leaking and needed to be addressed. He stated that I needed to have a bigger filter. He put in a new filter and it was wet again before he left and I pointed it out. He seemed concerned but I do not remember him saying what the issue was at the time. I checked the next day and the filter was still wet. I called called the on call and received Justin who was the technician who did the work at the apartment. He stated that the pan needed replaced for $600.00. This was the first time I heard about replacing the pan. I said that was fine but wanted the $ 95.00 I already paid applies to this. He told me to call in the next morning and he would talk to me about what was going to be done. He was going to talk with his supervisor. He told me not to worry that this would be taken care of. That night on the phone he stated it was sweating and that it could correct itself, but if It didn't the pan would need replaced. This was never mentioned during the intial visit. He stated that I could have a bigger filter, but nothing about the leak. I called in spoke with the owner and she transferred me to the front desk Shelly. Shelly was impertant, rude and dismissive. I wanted the $95.00 applied to the 600.00 for the new pan. She stated that dave the supervisor stated no, she stated in no uncertain terms that this was a new problem and not the old problem. I let her know that I was not satisfied. I called back to insist that the 95.00 rightfully be applied to the $600.00. She did not seem to care. She did not offer any assistance. Her response to her concern was she hung up on me. Under no circumstances should anyone waste time with a company like Boca Air that does not seem to care about their clientel. It is hard to believe that they have All A's. The owner Mary Jane did not make an effort for an intervention.

The service was very good. There's a whistling noise within one of our grate, but they promised to do a followup as soon as possible to correct the issue.

They were very neat and professional. They presented all insurance certificates, permits, licensing, and answered all of my questions.

I've bought 2 seperate central AC units from them in the past and they are great. The installation went well. I have a service contract with them and they check my units every year.

He was professional and prompt. He gave me options in a clear concise way that I could understand. He answered every one of my questions and even gave me additional suggestions for services that I would not have thought of. We discussed pros and cons about the motor I needed and it being a 1 or 2 stage motor. He expressed how things would operate with each of my available choices for the service. He was beyond helpful and very patient. He financially bent over backwards to make this job happen. He was actually willing to make less of a profit to make the deal happen for me. I will always recommend them to anyone in need of the services and want people to know that there would have been no reason that I would not have gone with them except for the fact that with my current financial situation I had to go with the one that saved me the most money.

Found ductless AC unit on line, Mitsubishi Mr. Slim. Mits website sent me to Boca Air whose sales rep was very responsive via telephone and e mail. Numerous telephone calls and e mail messages were answered promptly. AC tech "Mr Smartie" performed satisfactorily but knew less about the unit than I learned by reading installation and operating instructions at the Mitsubishi website. Needless to say, he would not listen to suggestions. He improperly installed the condensate drain, I called and Boca Air promptly sent a second tech who asked my opinion and after I explained Mitsubishi's installation recommendations, corrected the problem. I recommend Boca Air but will ask for a more experienced AC Tech next time.

The company was quick to respond. The person who came was on time and professional. The work was done carefully and well. I plan on using this company on an annual basis. I'm glad I picked them.

They are very reliable. They are very good. When you call they are there within an hour.

They are good. I do pretty well with my own maintenance, including buying high-end filters and change batteries, etc. They come and look it over to make sure it is working fine. The man who worked on it last time was very nice and on time. The office is about 10 minutes from where I live, so that is nice too.
