Bob Cooper A/C Interior Trim

We quoted with several providers and all were punctual, professional and competitive. In the end we chose Bob because of his honesty.....he returned our call (to request a visit for a quote) at 10 pm. I asked if he always worked/called so late and he explained he had just come out of the movies. He said he would be visit the next day around noon and was right on time. He proactively took his shoes off ( seeing that there were shoes in the entrance-no other had done this) and provided a quote which was about 15-20% lower. My husband and I thought about it given past experiences where we got the less expensive option and paid more in the long run. Having read other reviews and having met Bob I felt he was the real deal and he is transparent and fair. Given he is the owner he can offer lower prices with minimal overhead, etc. We told him we wanted him to do the job later that day and he said he would be over the next day at 8:30am. He and Brian were punctual and although Bob did not stay the entire time (given other jobs), at around 2pm the new AC was up and running perfectly. Bob lowered the price further once he saw we could utilize the same thermostat which was a pleasant surprise and confirmed he is not looking to make a profit off of every little thing.

My condenser fan motor was very noisy for a couple of weeks, then only intermittently working for a couple days.
I called up Bob after I had another company come out and diagnose that indeed I did need a new condenser fan motor.
The other company wanted $495 for the motor plus the $75 service call fee. For a part that costs $80-$120 and a job that takes a half hour! Bob and Bryan came over promptly, they were professional, relaxed, and courteous, and verified that it was a condenser fan motor that I needed. They replaced the motor and had me up and running in no time. They were wonderful, my a/c works great and is quiet, and they saved me $320 over the other guy!

I called and he was over within an hour it took him 45 minutes to do the job professional

Bob Cooper is very good and reasonable. He is very excellent and did a good job.

He went right to work and fixed the problem. She asked how she should pay him, and he let her know he would just settle up with me when I got back. He's the only guy I will hire!

My air conditioner went off and he came very promptly at an off hour and fixed it. I don't know what exactly he did. He was timely and he came off regular hours when I called him. He was very good. The price wasn’t too much either.

Most reasonable pricing, almost $700 cheaper than the others. They were spotless clean while working. They came over that afternoon and looked things over. The place he installed was an awkward postition, but he installed without any problems. They came over within a half an hour after calling me when the unit arrived.
