Prior to the job being completed, I inquired several times about their progress and I was told that everything had been outsourced and the items were not available to be viewed. When everything was finished they called me and I picked them up only to find that everything had been done very poorly. After 8 ? months in their possession, I took the items home to find out the headboard and other items are completely infested bed bugs. They have been completely unresponsive to my complaints. I sent them a letter and they have not responded. I am now dealing with that nightmare and will most likely have to take legal recourse against the company.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM, BUT THEY ARE COMING BACK TO REPLACE THE CAULKING AROUND THE WINDOWS.
