I called the Cary aka the Bicycle Doctor in the morning to repair a flat and he came to my home the same day a few hours later exactly when he said he would.He has a reasonable minimum charge of $35.00 and that was all he charged me.He actually threw in a brake adjustment and lubrication at no additional charge.He comes with a well equipped truck prepared to repair the typical problems cyclists encounter with their bicycles.He works quickly and clearly is a knowledgeable professional bicycle mechanic.As far as I know his mobile service is unique , something few people offer and certainly not with the rolling bike shop he comes with.His charges are extremely reasonable considering the at home service he provides.I cannot recommend him highly enough for the convenience he provides and his skillful professional service.

Great experience.  This was my first time using the Bicycle Doctor. He arrived within the promised time. I needed a tire fixed and I had no way of transporting the bike to a store.   The Doctor is very professional and friendly.  He listened to what I needed done and did what I asked.  The tire was fixed and then I asked him to check out the rest of the bike.  The brakes were tightened and the rest of the tune up  went smoothly.  I also bought a new bicycle pump from him under no pressure from him.  
He told me if there were any problems just to give him a call.  I will definitely use him again when I need my bike tuned up again.
A fantastic job and I highly recommend him to other bike owners.  The value you get for the services offered is very fair.

He was excellent.  He is a very nice and philanthropic man.  He comes to the house with his truck and all his tools and is reasonably priced with a warranty.

These guys are great! Appointments usually made within a few days, and working around school day schedule. My son is h****** his bike, and always beating it up! They have changed out flat tires and brakes a few times for us. The best is that they come to you with all the parts needed for the repair - and fix it on the spot. Service cost is reasonable, especially since they bring the shop to you. Would highly recommend.

Both bikes work great nowl  Gears were frozen on first bike and wheel was making noise on second bike.  Both issues have been fixed.

I called the day before and they were able to come. I have a tricycle that I moved from California with. It had a flat tire and needed some servicing. They cleaned it up and took care of it, it was done in less than a half hour. They were courteous and did a good job.

Called on 11/20 and they came to my home the next day. They were fast, professional, very nice, showed me what I did (and didn't !) need.  They were done in under an hour (but I was talking to them during that time). Would definitely recommend.

Called on Thursday, Oct 31 and asked Cary to come to my house, no rush. He promised between 1 and 3pm Friday Nov 1st. He arrived a few minutes after 2pm after calling me to be sure I was at home. In less than 20 minutes he and his son replaced my two tires and inner tubes and test rode my bicycle to be sure all was and is well. If I had not talked so much (great people) time elapsed might have been only 15 minutes. Since 2006 and maybe prior to that Cary has handled all my bike repairs and on the spot sold me a new helmet. I never have to wrestle my bike into the back of my 4 door car trunk and find a store, leave it for repair and then return to pick it up. I look forward to visitors so we can rent bikes and safety gear from Cary. He also sells bikes. Cary and prior to him, his Dad, has been offered mobile bike service since 1972. Why do I go on and on? Because as long as I live here, I want to be sure Cary's business grows and thrives. Complain to me if my recommendation does not match your experience. That's how positive I am about what Cary, and now his son does business, They never have to worry about unemployment. I am a career trainer. My clients could learn from these entrepreneurs.

They arrived in the van..heard my story..and gave it a tune up..I got to watch them work on the bike I love..he also had helmets that I could buy (somehow mine got lost in the truck drive down)..the helper tested the bike..and they left..telling me there was a 30 day warranty..they left and I rode.. I noticed a squeak coming from the front wheel and called them back..they came back..checked it out and noticed it..fixed it and it was a great ride!!

Great. Very easy to schedule an appointment. Punctual, friendly and professional at arrival. Repair was quick and to the point.
I had a problem with one of the tires that same week. I called and once again the company was polite, professional and sent someone out to repair at no cost.
The time and cost for me to place my bike in the trunk, drive and drop off on my lunch hour and then pick up - would not have been the same experience as I received by using this company.
I highly recommend. Great concept, great company.

It was great. Cary and his assistant provide a mobile service so they came to my home rather than me having to go to a shop. They were right on time, courteous, efficient and professional. My bike, which was purchased in 1990, now runs like new. All the gears are working and it's very smooth and quiet when riding.

I contacted bicycle doctor to schedule repairs for my son's bike. They made an appointment right away, and arrived on time. All repairs were quickly made on the spot. Additionally, I asked about fixing a tire on another bike, and they were able to do that as well. Both bikes are now running great! And I did not have to take the bikes to a store for repairs, they come to you with everything on the truck. I would absolutely call on them again for bicycle repairs.

Prompt service and then came back within 30 days to re-oil the bke at no extra charge. Very pleased with the service, friendly and pleasant.
