 + -1 moreThere was one delay, from a problem with my home inspection, but it was corrected and we closed within a day of the original date.
Description of Work: I purchased a house and I needed to reinstate my V.A. mortage eligibility, and in addition I wanted to get 100% financing. Several companies had told me no thanks. All I can say is that everything went exactly as it was stated from the very beginning.
