Atlantic Home Inspections was started with professionalism in mind. We will quote an exact price, show up on time, be neat and presentable and have the courtesies and manners you would expect. Our inspections are not rushed through. We will do a thorough job, you will be able to ask questions and we will explain our findings both good and bad in person at the end of the inspection. You will then receive an extensive report with pictures, details and explanations of what we found. You will receive a follow up phone call and you will have our number to call if you ever need to.

Dave from Atlantic Home Inspections did the inspection on a home I am looking to buy. He was extremely professional right from the moment i requested a quote over phone . We had a short window to get the inspection done and he did everything he could to accommodate us. He was not ready to cut it short just because we had less time and took his time to do everything in detail and was super thorough . I feel extremely confident with the report I received and I will not hesitate to use this company again & I will be recommending them to everyone as well.

We hired Dave for our home inspection before we bought the house a year ago. I was looking to switch insurance policies a year later, and I had questions about our wind mitigation report. I wrote him an email to ask him some questions, and he said he would just come back out and look at my house again! He came over and thoroughly double checked everything he wrote in the report and gave me advice about what to work on to improve it next time. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers!

Dave with Atlantic Home Inspections is great — a funny, friendly and thorough guy who will explain anything you want, which is particularly handy for a first-time home buyer like myself. Dave did an outstanding home inspection for me on two of the homes that I was interested in purchasing. Dave from Atlantic Home Inspections was AMAZING. He was incredibly thorough with our home inspection. He walked us through all of the issues he found in person, and he even suggested how to make repairs or who to contact for repairs. He explained everything to the last detail in his report and included pictures of all of the issues for future reference. As a person, he is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Dave also comes with an entire network of contractors and handymen that he trusts. For an extra $75, we also added on a termite inspection. At the end of his inspection, he gave us a large binder full of information about home ownership, common issues, general timelines for product life cycles (like how long this type of roof should last, etc.), and contact information for other companies in his network, along with some deals and prices. We are first time homeowners, and Dave has been the most useful resource for us so far!

Dave was right on time, professionally dressed and very friendly and polite. He took the time to show me what he was looking for and explain why they were important and how they would save me money my insurance. (He guarantees his inspections for 90 days!) I received a very thorough inspection via email with full color photos and explanations the next day. While he was at our house he also provided me with a full binder reference guide and overview of the systems in my house and how to maintain them and what to look out for. Its a great help for a new or experienced homeowner. Thanks Dave!

Dave was such a pleasure to work with for our home inspection.
