Services we offer

Licensed & insured for refinishing and restoring the look of your bathtubs, wall tile, appliances, countertops and cabinets. Our product is a sprayed on application and can be made in any color; Granite like finishes are also available. We can repair cracks, treat rust and fix most holes prior to the refinishing process.

Services we don't offer

Since our product is a sprayed on application, we cannot refinish over severely water damaged cabinets, nor can we make a formica cabinet look like wood. Our product is a solid finish and comes in a gloss or satin finish. Since the cost of refinishing is only a fraction of the cost of replacing, it doesn't hurt to see if the damage can be repaired by calling our office first.

Work was not professional. So many mistakes and refuses to take responsibility. Owner is rude and a bully. I need to hire someone to fix what he did

All I can say is WOW! We looked into refacing our cabinets with new doors and was quoted a crazy price of over $10K. I found Artistic Refinishing online and called right away. The reviews seemed too good to be true but after speaking to the owner, I realized why. He was extremely professional, asked me to send him photos and had a quote the same day. Within 2 days, they started our project. The gentlemen that arrived were extremely professional and spent a lot of time prepping the area so there would be no dust. I have never seen anything like this (see pictures). Within 2 days, our project was finished. The results were breathtaking! I mean it doesn't even look like paint, it is very smooth and looks like we bought all new cabinets. The best part is it cost us about 75% less. My wife is extremely picky and she was amazed. Do yourself a favor, hire them. Nice job and thank you! Here are some before (brown) and after (white) photos.

I had the tub and walls in a bathroom refinished by Artistic Refinishing in Boca Raton at a rental property I owned in August 2017 for $595. Within a year the walls were peeling and the tub was wearing in areas, it looked terrible and wasn’t holding up as advertised. I called Artistic Refinishing and they came out and said they would refinish it again at half price for $280 since it didn’t last. They said they would not refinish it for free as the tenants used Drano and a bathmat which voided the warranty. I agreed to this even though I did not feel those two reasons caused the walls to peel. I scheduled them to come out and when they arrived I got a another call saying that the walls look really ybad and they were only doing the tub for $280 and would I like the walls done as well which now would be the full normal price at $595. That was not what was agreed upon in writing and I was not willing to dump another $600 into something that didn’t last the first time. This time they told me the work was not guaranteed because it was a rental property! That was never mentioned or an issue up until that point and they knew it was for a rental originally and when I called over a year later. The company told me they would not make any money on this if the did the whole thing for $280! Duh, you were fixing a problem not making a profit. Needless to say, I sent them away and do not recommend them or this process as a solution to updating your bathroom. It does not hold up! This company did not guarantee the work as advertised either! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Each one refinished tub lasted less than one year. Residents in 2 houses complained and company came back to say they did the job right. Both tubs still leak. Paint pealed off all 3 tubs. Owner came out to two houses, noticed the leaks and walked away with no action. No responses to follow up calls and texts asking to fix again. Even offered to pay again. This company works with many investors. I won't recommend them. Cost me too much in my personal time just to try to get the job done right with this company.

The service person arrived on time, did a great job and clean-up was fine. Their back office was very informative about anti-slip products, where to buy them and how the care their refinishing product, especially before using the shower for the first time after the refinishing was done.

The person who came to refinish the tub was on time, courteous, and professional.  We had been given instructions about what we needed to prepare the bathroom and adjoining bedroom for the procedure.  Because harsh chemicals are used and the spray is toxic, we had to cover all of the furniture in the bedroom.  The technician covered the bathroom fixtures, sink, and mirrors.  We also put up a plastic barrier on the door leading to the bedroom to keep out the dust and chemicals.  Upon completion, which took about 90 minutes, we were again given explicit directions on what to do for the next 48 hours, as well as how to keep the finish looking new.  The office staff was also accommodating in answering all of our questions.

The finish on the bath was like sandpaper after they had been - I called the owner who said the same guy would return to put it right - I didn't want the same guy as he had already broken a window screen (and used the toilet - but didn't flush  - YUK)
Owner was very short with me and told me I would get the same guy and didn't have a choice

Over all I'm happy with the final product, but achieving it was a bit of a mission and aftermath mess.
Visit 1: I found a young gentlemen using my painters tape I needed for my painter to tape off areas that he didnt want to over-spray. So all was fine glad they were considerate in that respect. Final product here was 48 hours later paint stated to bubble up all over the tub. They over sprayed my mirror, bathroom door handle, towel bar, bath mat, entire vanity/sink, and facet. However the taped off tub facet and drain were fine, but he failed to cover the rest of the bathroom with put a nice doted think spray over everything.
Visit 2: They fixed the problem, but again did not tape off the door handle, mirror, vanity/sink, floor tile, etc... Over sprayed every where again. Final product: 48 hours later this particular painter left spikes so when you sit on your bum its like sitting on nails in the tub... Almost like he popped the bubbles and just painted right over them causing cracks/spikes in the paint.
Visit 3: I called again, they were quick to fix the problem. However again, oversprayed the entire bathroom, mind you I've given up on trying to clean it each time because the paint they use is a glue, not a paint, its permanent and impossible to remove unless using a razor on a flat surface such as the mirror. Final Product: 48 hours later. Now I had a nice smear from a hand or something as if someone fell in the tub and pretended like nothing happened.
Visit 4: I called again, 24 hours later they arrived promptly, this time finally they sanded it completely and did the job right. However again over-sprayed over everything. (except of course the shower and tub facets/handles.)  The painter also pushed my buttons by leaving my AC running on constantly with the lowest setting, not sure what he tried to do there, but fortunately I visited the property a day later to check on the place.
So over all I'm impressed with their repeat visits and willingness to make it right, however I still burned a ton of time having to check it and manage this each time. More aggravating is having to replace my door handle, facet, and down the road probably the vanity because the nice pearl shine it had now has a white fine haze of dots... The tile floor took hours to scrub with paint thinner.

They were great to deal with and finished the job when they said they would.  We had tons of cabinets that were orange colored stain from the 90's  The company came in and sprayed them all white and they look brand new.  It was a lot less expensive than replacing all the cabinets.

Great overall experience.  Very courteous and professional.
Very good quality.  I would say that it was excellent but the holes from the original glass shower could have been filled in and smoothed better.
Owner came back at no charge to me and fixed an area that had been marked up by my contractors.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Artistic Refinishing does a good job and the office staff and owner are responsive & professional.
Depending on the technician, you can get a good job, but the material has its limits. I also think the minimum price for a cosmetic scratch or chip is a tad on the high side for minor repairs, but if you need a lot of work, the price may be OK. (Price went up to $185 from $165 last year.)
Unfortunately, in my experience, this type of finish doesn't hold up that well, so despite the skill of the applicators, when at all possible, I'm switching to powder coating. If I cannot have an item powder coated I would definitely call Artistic Refinishing for an estimate.
Be sure to insist the worker uses an exhaust fan because the fumes are fierce.

While investigating, the owner was very informative and quite accommodating.  We agreed on a date, they showed up and did the work very much to my satisfaction.  They placed plastic on the floors from the front door to the bathroom area, taped off all areas that would not have the knockdown applied, and cleaned up after the work was done.  Excellent company and craftsman.

Was there on time. Recommended a color, worked very well. Cleaned up and left no mess. A few days later we noticed a spot where the refinishing had come off. We called and they came back the next day and fixed the spot and said that there is a warranty and it was covered. A good experience.

Al came to my home immediately after I contacted them.  Gave me a fair quote for the job.
His two workers showed up on Thurs. & worked from 9-7:30.  Did a great job & were very professional.
Returned next day to finish.   They made my old kitchen look new.  Spray painted cabinets (inside & out)...Glazed counter tops to look new & shiny.  I chose Desert Stone as a look I wanted for the counters.
Left me a clean house with no debris.    Were very good at what they do.
