Do not use them --- They claimed that I needed to spray for mosquitos year round and being new to Florida, I believed them. Five other pest control services said you only need to spray in the summer months. The service was a total waste of money and ineffective. In fact, one of men spraying told me they had an updated spray since the other wasn't very effective.  What have I been paying for. Their accounting is terrible and they continue to harass me to pay a bill that I've paid twice. They keep asking for records which I provided once and now I have to spend another hour looking for the payments again.  Terrible service in every way. I've asked them to forget about the remaining $45.00 since the service was useless and I have paid,  they have refused.

They do not return phone calls
They are always late for appointments
They do not maintain things until you call to complain

They were recommended to me very, very highly because I have a friend who just thinks they are wonderful. But I did not have the same look. They are really good with communicating when they have come but the problem is they do not come as often as they should. He was here yesterday and was supposed to have been here in mid July and they never came. My air conditioning guy was here, who was fabulous, and he went up to check something in the air conditioning in the apartment next door where nobody is living and he found a dead rat up there. That was why we hired them, to get rid of the rats and so they haven't gotten rid of the rats. And I brought I years policy from them and it costs a lot of money. It was $800 per apartment. I only called them because my friend thought they are wonderful.So, for $800 per unit and there were two units, they came out for the first couple of weeks and got the rats that we were aware of and they stopped coming. And it seems like if you are buying for a year, then they should continue to check in with you. I have threatened them. They have made me so angry and so I told them that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and I got some activity after I did that.

Thanks to them we have no bugs or rodents. They even call us to make sure it is ok for them to come and do their treatment.

Generic pest control w/ unresponsive customer service. Unreturned calls and missed appointments make for a not very good experience.

They come the next day after calling and they are terrific.  They are always prompt and do a good job.  We will continue using them in the future.

They are excellent. We have used them for several jobs and have used them for 20 years approximately.

Hired for bedbug exterminating in a rental apartment. Didn't show up for treatment as scheduled. Didn't follow any standard protocol regarding timing and type of accepted treatment for bedbugs. Used chemical treatment instead of steaming or freezing. Not only didn't solve the problem but the delay in correct treatment allowed the problem to escalate. Emailed the company president regarding overall dissatisfaction. He never responded

They do a great job. I've never had any problems with them. I've been using them for 10+ years.
