Mr. C. was very responsive in getting someone out to tarp the blown out sky lights the day after the storm. He was able to get the tile (color) required by our HOA. He used a dumpster for the workers to throw the old tiles, sky lights, and other old roofing material into. The dumpster gouged my driveway. When the "wet mop" process was completed, it started to rain. The rain came through the tared surface into my family room. More tar was applied to the roof in that area. After the roof was completed replaced, the following occured: (1) repeated leaks in my garage (which I never had before), he told me an animal was in my garage attic and was "peeing" into my garage, I kept calling him back and finally he had the roof repaired; (2) after one year whenever it rained it leaked into my house through the ceiling light fixtures; after repeated calls he put in the correct flashing and the leaking stopped; (3) about 8+ tiles were not sealed at the end of the roof and after several calls, roofers closed them (very roughly) with cement); (4) after about 4 months, the repair work on the flashing had not been painted; I called him to ask for a recommendation or if I could pay him to have it painted, he said he was not in the painting business but eventually agreed to do it, I prepared the correct paint and provided the tools and paper to cover the tiles for paint spills, that paper is now appearing balled up in my gutters.
Description of Work: To remove old tiled roof and replace it with new tiles; replace 2 skylights which were blown out by Wilma.

I hired a roofer and he did shoddy work for the repair.
Description of Work: One roof leak. Angel Chavez failed to fix a leak. When the area continued to leak, he refused to come back and repair the actual leak. His original repair took less than a half hour, and he actually worked on an area of the roof that was not leaking. His contract reads leak guaranteed, but his company refused to repair the actual leak until I threaten a law suit. He finally sent a sub out and he actually tried to fix the leak. He failed, but at least he tried. Because of all the refusals from the owner, I decided to take the case to court. Still pending.
