We perform a visual inspection of all accessible areas from the roof to the foundation. We will walk the roof, a/c, check your doors, check your major systems, crawl through the attic, look for evidence of water penetration (don't test for mold at this time), plumbing electric, pool/spa, run your built-in appliances, screens, sprinklers, termite inspection and a free wind mitigation/4 point (if necessary) on comprehensive home inspection., windows
