Everything went very well. Janine was helpful in providing recommendations and floor samples when she cam out to measure the space. Once a selection was made, the ordering and scheduling process was quick and easy. Carpet had to be removed from the bedroom and closet, and tile from the bathroom vanity before the hardwood could be installed. The installation was performed pursuant to the details in the quote, and the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone with flooring needs.

The new garage floor install was done to highlight a classic muscle car. It was designed in the checkered-flag pattern w/ Diamond Grid-Loc tiles and it came out beautiful. From the initial contact w/ Nicholas to the final install by the tile man, everything was handled as professionally as I expected. It's obvious why Amazon Wood Designs has an "A" rating on Angie's List. I would use them again, and have already recommended them and the Diamond Grid-Loc tile to my classic car friends. Everything went very smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results. Janine (the owner ) actually came out and measured my closet, made suggestions about how the installation should be done  and delivered the materials for the job. The installation was done on the promised day at the promised time. He did a gorgeous job and I feel the price was very fair. Actually, after I booked the job, I found a 10 % off coupon on Angie's List and Jeanine honored it although she wasn't obligated to do so  as I had already signed a contract with her.
 I highly recommend Amazon Flooring and would definitely use them again.

I was looking for wood floor for my new place  but I  couldn't  find anything that was  within my budget and  looked decent  when I first arrived at the store  I explained to Janie  my situation and she  suggested I went  with a good quality laminate instead. She went on to explain that a good quality  laminate would  look and even have the same textures of wood floors for half of the cost,   but I had my mind set on real wood floors .  After asking me several question such  as what colors,  textures , she even asked me if I had a dog and how much did it weight ?  She placed several  samples on the floor and I finally found one that I just  fell in love with, to my surprise it  turn out to be laminate  I just  couldn't tell the difference . My place looks beautiful  and I got t done  for a whole lot less than I planed to spend .  Thank you very much  for working within  my budget :-)

The installers were tremendous, I have not had such a positive experience doing any of the many house projects we have done in the past. The work was done perfectly, they cleaned after themselves and they took great pride on their work. Would recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

This company is all about Great Customer Service, I have a couple of rental properties down in Florida and one of my tenants moved out without much of a notice . I call Amazon Floors because I knew I would have to get rid of the old carpet in order to get the place rented again quickly. Janine , the owner took care of all the arrangements to get the place ready as if it were her won! She went over to the property that very same day and was able to give me fair estimate . She managed to help me pick the new laminate , have the material delivered and installed within a week and kept me posted the whole time with pictures and videos of the job . Since I recently moved in my new home and was new to the area as I relocated from NY, I really didn't know where to start looking so I wound up searching on line where I found Amazon Floors. When I called them they were very helpful and very nice on the phone and I scheduled an appointment for them to come over to measure and give me an estimate. They were able to come over that same afternoon and were on time and even brought me some samples based on what I told them I would like. Since I am very pick y I could not make up my mind so they recommended I come by their showroom to view 100's of more samples, it was very convenient for me to go there so I did the following day. They really have a great selection and I finally made up my mind. They provided me with the estimate and really explained every detail so I could understand what it all included with all materials and installation and labor. It even included ripping out my old carpet and removing it. I was able to schedule for them to start work the following Monday which is what I requested. They delivered the wood on that day and began to rip out the carpets and prepare the floors for installation. I didn't realize how much work goes into that part but they were great and told me the laminate wood had to adjust for 24 hrs to the room temp before they could start installing. They were able to complete the entire job in 3 and half days just like they told me. What I really was impressed with was how they made sure everything was cleaned up when the installers left my house for the day. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the work that was done. There were no surprises as far as the price and the quality of the work and importantly the entire experience from the very beginning was truly a great one. I would absolutely recommend Amazon Flooring to anyone seriously looking for quality service at a good price.

I found this company on Angie's list and saw that they had good reviews so I called to talk about my job. Janine was very helpful on the phone so we made an appointment and she came over with samples and after we talked for a while about the job, I could tell that she had great suggestions and a lot of experience. The prices were very competitive and I felt the most comfortable choosing Amazon flooring contractors for my project. The people showed up on time which was critical to me because I was working on a very specific schedule. The installers were courteous and professional and they even stayed late every day so that everything was completed perfectly within the week! After the job was done, they even had a cleaning service come and clean my whole house.....no dust!,, The follow up was excellent, I would use them again without hesitation and certainly recommend this company to my family and friends.

We used Angie's List and got quotes from 3 flooring companies, and got a quote from another company not on Angie's List. Each time we had someone come out, we kept going back in our minds to Janine, owner of Amazon. There was always something not quite right and Amazon proved the best choice overall. Janine was knowledgeable, honest, sincere and friendly. She kept going downstairs to her truck to haul up more samples of laminate. We were going to go with a dark piano polish laminate, but changed out minds and went with the brighter-looking natural bamboo laminate. I asked lots of questions first. I Googled about flooring- laminate versus wood. I called friends and asked questions and got answers on Yahoo answers. There were concerns about going with laminate for sure, but overall, we felt that it was a good decision. Wood is great, but much more expensive. Janine promised us we'd be happy with their work and the laminate. So far, she's right. There is one minor flaw though- one of the corners in the laminate planks in our bedroom started to lift up- you could see it, and you could feel it if you ran your toes across it. Nick, Janine's husband came back right away and glued it down. He put tape over it and asked us to put a paperweight over it for three days to make sure it stays down. We let it sit for 4 days before removing the paperweight and the tape. It was fine- for a day. Unfortunately,it lifted up again even higher. We don't believe this a fault of Amazon or Janine or Nick personally. Nick and his helper Rodrigo worked very hard and long; Nick is meticulous. It just may be a bad piece of laminate. Among the cautions I'd heard from Yahoo Answers was precisely that some laminate does tend to lift at the corners. I had asked Janine about the quality of the product; it was very inexpensive - $1.49 per square foot. She assured me she had never had a problem with it. I'm assuming this is the first problem. We called Janine back and she said Nick was out of town and that he'd be over Monday (tomorrow) or Tuesday to look at it. We are not really that concerned for that one plank- if it never lifts any higher it would be okay- we aren't very picky- but we are concerned should it continue to lift, and really concerned that it may happen to other planks. There are three others that seem to be lifting up at corners, but so far they are just slightly lifted and don't seem to be getting worse. We just don't want corners raising up all over the condo a year later. We'll have something more to say if that happens. We're hoping it won't.

Overall the job went well. They kept me fully informed if they had any issues which would delay completion. There were a very few minor delays that resulted from product delivery scheduloes. But these were very minor. I was very satisfied.

I was tired of the carpeting and tile that I had for many years so decided it was time to get new wood floors. I didn't want to spend too much and didn't want to break the bank so I started to shop around primarily using the internet. I discovered Amazon Floors in Boca and decided to stop in the store where I met the owner Janine and her husband Nick. She explained things that I had no idea to even ask she was very helpful. After deciding to go with a real nice Brazilian Cherry laminate they were able to get the laminate delivered 2 days later and started the job the following day. The installer was wonderful and did a great job. They were thorough and

it was completed in 2 days with no issues. Overall I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend Amazon to anyone out there who wants good product at a good price professionally installed.

I called Amazon Floors after visiting their website. I spoke with Janine, the owner, and she was very nice and very informative. I explained that I needed to have new floors installed at my home as soon as possible. I told her that I was thinking of doing wood floors but I wasn't sure what type I wanted to go with. She explained different aspects of wood floors and what typically goes best with what I needed to do. She recommended I stop by the store and look at some samples. Later that day I went by to see Janine and she spent lots of time explaining everything to me and I took some samples home so I could get a better feel for what I liked. The following day she came over the house to take the measurements and I decided to go with a real nice engineered Brazilian Cherry. She was able to get the job scheduled 3 days later and the installers showed up promptly and did a great job overall. They were very professional and courteous and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They even did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. I truly am very satisfied and would definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for new floors.
