All Tech Remedy

I took a shot at using someone from Angie's List. I picked three vendors located nearby. My intent was to call all three but I was so satisfied by my conversation with Clinton Bradley of All Tech Remedy that I just moved ahead with him. He answered the phone right away and we had a good discussion. He came over that afternoon to pick up my PC. The problem was diagnosed with a failed hard drive that also corrupted Windows. Clinton replaced the hard drive with a SSHD at a very reasonable price, cloned my old hard drive, reinstalled Windows and Office, transferred data files back to the new hard drive, and converted my old hard drive to an external drive if I ever needed to get to the old data files. He was in daily contact with me and was completed in three days. We had some initial glitches on delivery so he spent 1.5 hours with me after delivery making sure I got all my settings right. I have decided to have him do maintenance on my wife's PC since things went so well on mine. To summarize: I took a shot on this and it really worked out well. He was timely, technically proficient, and fully communicative. This job was border line from a pricing standpoint in that I could buy a new PC for a little more than what I was charged by Clinton, but he and I talked as he progressed to make sure if we reached that point, that we were both on board. His hourly rate was fine. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to others. It's nice to have someone local for this kind of problem.

Clint is awesome! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained what he was doing so I could understand. I now have a much better knowledge of my Apple TV. He replaced my PC Hard Drive, and it is so much faster!

He is the miracle man. He was so thorough and so very patient with me. He was better than going to the Apple Store. I do not allow my computers to leave the property ever. He is very trustworthy and really know his stuff. I am highly impressed with his business and personal demeanor. I have found it rather difficult to find a person who really knows Apple products that are not part of Geek Squad, or independents that say they can work on a Mac and secretly hate them. Clinton truly is a Master Craftsman. The Best of the best! There was a lot done and it required many visits but things are up and running smoothly. YeeeeeHaaaaah! He is an answer to many prayers and looking's for many years for a local Computer expert. He even helped with the TV, my and my husbands iPhones, and easily handled my husbands PC. I found my Guardian Angel! I want to adopt him and his family and dog! This is not a paid political announcement. So there!

Clinton was very knowledgable, professional, and patient. He assessed our wifi problems and purchased a cost effective, new system for us that covers all of our televisions and computers. We had tried to do this with someone else's help before without success. We have a large, older home that has with many network configuration challenges. Clinton knew exactly what the problems were and had a solution quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood and could use all of the new equipment and software. His fees were very reasonable.

Clinton is our go-to IT expert. He has done everything from setting up our entire office network to wiping old computers to be donated or disposed of.

Clinton Bradley is one of the best people to have work on anything related to a computer. He has helped me with both my windows laptop and my iPad. Recently I was having problems with my wifi connection and he figured out that the cable on my modem was bad. He has helped me and my husband numerous times with software issues.
