Never received. Was told after deadline missed that it would be the following month. Then was informed they come from China "Via California" I was stunned. The owner actually said " of course they are from CHINA, they own us" I said "excuse me"? She repeated it. I said i wont wait another month, just refund my money. She said " I'm not refunding your money" then hung up. Wow. Oh well, I have fought for less then the $1200.00 she took from me.

"Your order was placed with us just 6 weeks ago on Oct 21. You were informed at the time of ordering that the shutters would take 8 - 10 weeks for delivery. After only 5 weeks, you called our office and was yelling threats at me when I tried telling you that the shutters would be delayed 2 weeks because of COVID. I also tried explaining that since the shutters were custom made for your home, we were unable to refund you the money 5 weeks after production started, as stated in our contract. However, your abusive tone and unreasonable attitude left me no choice but to end our call. The fact that you spent the last 36 hours slandering us on every form of social media with over 50 comments between you and your family members, and continue to do so, even after being banned from several media platforms due to your harassment, is testament to your unreasonable and foolish behavior."

Called All Kinds of Blinds and they came out the next day to give us an estimate. The Owner was the best. Ordered the blinds for our sliding glass doors to the pool and got measurements for two other windows. The shutters were installed and the quality of the product and workmanship are outstanding. What a great company I highly recommend this company.

Was amazingly surprised at how smoothly everything went. Angela was both prompt and professional and extremely helpful. Not only did she measure everything, but Phil came the next day to check all the measurements. The window treatments came in when promised and installed at my convenience. The installation went on time and smoothly, and every window fit perfectly. Would highly recommend All Kinds of Blinds and would definitely use them again in the future.

From the first call i made to them everything was very professional. Angela and Ryan (mother and son) explained and measured windows for plantation shutters and window shades. They make a good team of knowledgable and professional business owners. The shades were put up today by Phil and Ryan without any problems and quickly. The shades look beautiful. The shutters will be intsalled when they arrive. I am sure we will love them. I will let you know. I dont usually write reviews but was completly satisfied and wanted you all to know.

Excellent! JoAnn was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone when I first called and each time I spoke with her after that. Angela came to measure and I gave her my order immediately as she was professional, friendly, business-like, fair-priced, and more. I felt very comfortable working with her. She listened to what I wanted, and, went out of her way to accommodate. Phil installed the blinds in a very professional manner, worked very quickly and carefully. When I asked for something to be changed, he did it immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend them.
