I would strongly suggest AGAINST using All American Public Adjusters. Specifically Michelle P. In the midst of our vulnerability following significant damage to our home, this adjuster made false promises that everything would be taken care of without issue. The adjusters job was explained as someone who would follow up with contractors to get estimates and complete work as well as communicate with the insurance company to follow the progress of the claim. Phone calls and emails were unanswered for days and even when a call back was requested we would receive a short email instead. During a time of major stress we did not receive the service we expected. After 2 months and our claim being denied twice the only positive part of the outcome is that All American Public Adjusters will not see a dime of our money.
