The only problem I have with most of these companies is that during the week there's no problem, but if you have an emergency on the weekend, forget it about it. I don't know any company that comes out on the weekend unless they charge you $100. I also have one of those medical alert buttons. If I push a button, they are supposed to call them right away. They called me at 7:00 in the morning one day, and I couldn't understand why they called me instead of EMS. I'm so glad that we put each other's names down in case there's an emergency. The people who come over are fine. During the week, if I have a problem, they are here. If the alarm goes off, they call me right away.
