They are very responsive as far as when you call they come right away. The techs are all very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of things that are just automatically covered under their maintenance agreement. We will continue to use them in the future.

I HAVE A THREE YEAR CONTRACT WITH THEM TO COME AND DO ALL OF THE MAINTENANCE WORK AND REPAIRS FOR MY AC. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ALWAYS CALL AND REMIND ME WHEN MY AIR CONDITIONER NEEDS ITS ANNUAL SERVICES.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A WHILE TO SERVICE MY A/C EVERY YEAR. THEY SUGGESTED THAT I GET THE LIGHT INSTALLED AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A GREAT IDEA. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL THE LIGHT.
