Affordable Marble Restoration provided the most competitive price. In fact, they were so affordable that we had some concern about the work they might perform. They did an absolutely outstanding job! Their owner was very responsive and the crew professional. When more work is needed - we will definitely be calling on Affordable Marble Restoration. Highly recommend.

Boris and his team did a phenomenal job of stripping and cleaning the tiles in our medical office. What I appreciated the most is Boris s integrity and reasonableness in evaluating the scope of work and making appropriate recommendations.

This company was hired for floor marble restoration. Mr. Bondarenko employees did excellent job, exactly how the estimate was agreed. The floor is now shiny and beautiful. I will hire them again for follow up cleaning after one year.

This company is highly rated, however our experience was anything but 5 star. The owner visited our condo and provided a quote of $2,400 for performing restoration services for the marble floors, the counter tops, the balcony marble and restoring the grouting on our counter tops. Our marble floor had some deep scratches which the owner indicated to my wife they would be able to completely remove. The crew showed up on time, and we met them to discuss the process and to make sure that they understood we wanted the newly painted base boards to be protected from damage when restoring the marble. The crew indicated they will protect all base boards. We were informed the project would be completed in the afternoon the following day. Upon arriving the next day, we find the crew cleaning up and indicating they were done. However, upon a quick inspection we realized the crew did not do the balconies, the counter tops, the grouting, etc. It was clear they had no knowledge of the scope of work they were to perform at our condo. We showed the crew the detailed listing of the services included in the project/price. We also called the owner to express our disappointment that they had only completed 70% of the project. Upon additional inspection, I find one of the crew members using a sponge to paint the base boards that got damaged during the cleaning/buffing (not sure what happened to protecting them). Worst yet they were using a different color of white that did not match the semi-gloss paint on the base boards. I guess they were hoping we would not notice. Additionally, there was spilled paint on the newly restored, cleaned marble floor, no painters tape was used to protect the floor. Lastly, I watch as the crew ends up having to drag all of their cleaning equipment, supplies, etc. (dirt, sand, etc.) across the just completed restored floors to get to the balconies that were skipped. They proceeded to take all of the iron patio furniture and placed it directly on the just finished floors. The owner said he would go to the condo and make sure everything on the work order got done. However, upon our arrival the next day, the project was still not completed. We were also disappointed to see that the scratches were still prevalent. The owner said they were too deep to get them out. After informing the owner that they still had not completed all of the work on the project list, he offered to come back a third time, to finish the project. We declined and asked that he issue a credit for the work not performed, which he promptly did. My wife and I proceeded to repaint the floor boards.

Best pricing but the work was immaculate!!! Perfection throughout and our marble looks better than the day we installed it a decade ago! Thank you !!

The owner of Affordable Marble is exceptional! He did everything he said he would do. Every detail was taken care of as we were told. The crew was on time to the minute and worked the entire time they were there. The floors are beautiful and I would recommend this company all day long!

This was a company very easy to work with. They did everything I asked and more. My floors look like new. I live out of state and have a winter home in the Ft. Lauderdale area and was so glad that a friend of mine told me about Boris at Affordable Marble Restoration.
