Salvatore Riotto, the owner, was out of town when I called him. Rather than wait 4 days for him to return, he sent his associates Yvonne and Ron to look over what needed done, and to quote a price. They arrived on time for the estimate, and suggested we have both baths done at the same time, and they gave us what we considered a very fair price to do both baths. On the day of the job, they again arrived on time, and Sal, the owner was with them, and had a copy of his license for us. We confirmed with Sal that the price quoted to us would be honored, and he assured us it would. As he looked over what needed done, he remarked that our granite countertop needed cleaned and polished, and the caulking needed replaced. He said no additional fee would be added for this service. The worked was beautiful, the baths looked better than new (if that's even possible!), and Sal told us that if the tile in the master bath was clear coated, it would really make the bathroom beautiful. He will return in one week to clear coat the tile, and bring green caulk to match the granite countertop. Again, the price for the entire job was what was quoted originally, despite the add-ons. This is a very professional, friendly, neat, and competent group of people who take a tremendous amount of pride in their work, and are honest beyond measure!
