I got to silver sneakers classes and I have a nice instructor, and I wish the class went on longer. I wish they would offer more classes, they only offer them once or twice a day. It is perfect for my pace, they offer yoga once a week and I love it. It is free. They facility is very nice. They have a pool, and they don't use it, I don't know who uses it, and that is the reason why I signed up for it, because of the pool. It is an outdoor pool, but they don't use it anytime.
