The company operates under a general contractor GEZER CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC, GC Aleksej Bereznoj , license CGC1508384 General contractor never shows up, doesn't have a listed number and when I managed to obtain his unlisted number through service, the number was disconnected. A&T Global Construction's main people are Eugene Torgovitsky and Andrei Alekseev. However, their names can be spelled in a variety of ways. For instance, Eugene can be spelled Evgeniy or Yeugeniy. Both Eugene and Andrei are not bad at what they do, but they take so many simultaneous jobs that the work stretches into months and months of misery. They store their tools on premises, don't clean up well during construction. Don't take ownership of problems that their subcontractors create. We have also caught them in taking kickbacks from supposedly unaffiliated contractors that they recommended, though A&T flatly denied it. If A&T doesn't take kickbacks, then the unaffiliated contractors for some mysterious reasons charge about 30% above the going rate in their corresponding trades. Generally, if you can stay away from them, you'll save yourself aggravation. A&T fails to plan ahead. Their scheduling even several days in advance is a mess and you could never count on them being at a job at a certain time. They began to demolish our first out of three bathrooms on November 1. They finished (apart from a small punch list and one big screw up that they refuse to fix) on March 15. It took them 4 and a half months to do three small bathrooms. I had ALL materials already on premises before they ever began demolition.
