They're okay. I would definitely look for other options. They were trying to book us a trip to Africa earlier in the year. They just never got back to me. I try to book a trip to Australia later in the year and they did not get back to me. I tried booking travel with them again, I didn't get any feedback. Price is reasonable. If it wasn't for me going back to them to talk to them and try to talk to them every once in awhile, they wouldn't get back to me. I don't think I will use them again.

Originally, the scope of what we thought the job would entail was much less...just a simple take out the old microwave and replace it with a new version of the same model and I was quoted $80 for that work. But when we saw once they arrived what additional work needed to be done and that it would need to continue to the next day, they asked, and I agreed to pay $150 for the job. I felt it was a fair price for all the work that ended-up needing to be done to do the job right. And they did come early the next morning and completed the work efficiently. They worked very cleanly and left things in good condition. Crystal and Ron really impressed me as being skilled and knowledgeable in appliance repairs and installation. They were very pleasant to deal with and I think gave me a fair price for the work compared to using the services of Brandsmart or Sears workers to do an appliance installation. I highly recommend them and will most definitely call them again if I have another issue with an appliance.
