This is the second time in a couple of years that I have used this company. This time our master bathroom toilet needed a 'minor tune-up' (several parts were replaced). Our guest bathroom toilet was phantom flushing but because of a previous owners crazy remodeling, it is extremely difficult to work inside the toilet tank. To keep our cost to a minimum, the plumber first tried the least expensive option (he changed the flapper) -- and it worked! Both times I have been very pleased with this company's work. The plumber gave me an estimate before starting the work and made sure that I understood exactly what he would be doing. He worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again.
