I was very pleased with Andrea, Jose Miguel and Milton's professionalism installing my new pool pump and filter that I supplied. They came out to do the installation on very short notice and really listened to my concerns of having the pump way too close to my bedroom wall that has caused an annoying LOUD noise for many years. They suggested moving the pump further away on the cement pad and changing the filter placement as well. What a world of difference ! we can barely hear the motor when it's on now. This is my first time using 365 All Pool but I have never been so pleased with their friendliness and knowledge regarding my pool. I now use them for weekly maintenance on my pool and Jose Miguel really goes the extra mile to assure my satisfaction. He really puts in the effort to clean and make sure the chemical levels are spot on. I am very pleased with their service and responsiveness and I'm sure you will be too ! I highly recommend their service for all of your pool service needs.
