The actual service was excellent. I had purchased a Groupon for multiple sessions and continued after the Groupon had been used and planned on having them come every 2 weeks in perpetuity. They do not answer the provided number on weekends. I found multiple times that the website which is used to schedule did not work. One time, I was called ten minutes before they were to be at my house with an explanation that someone did not show up to work that day. To be fair, I had one of the sessions confused and had to reschedule for which they did not charge. The issue was that someone stole a check from me. It was not well hidden, partly because I used checks to pay them, but it was in a drawer. They said that someone had started new that day and actually never came back to work. This was the first time I had let someone in my house without me supervising. The cleaning was excellent. I would have paid more for the service and not been stolen from.

They performed a limited service and did not meet there obligation. The firm does not communicate by telephone and there was alot of uncertainty in dealing with thias firm
