"Great. First contractor that came asked me what I wanted. Larry told me what I needed. It’s perfect! My next door neighbor just used Lightscape and they love what he did. This week Larry added a light over our sitting area. Check out the photo. Larry knows his lights."

"It has been wonderful. They always did a good job. We have them for many years. I have no complaints with them."

"Overall, satisfied with work.  However, it was not without it's drama.
I suggested that the original quote was a bit high and that they should sharpen their pencil.  They did.
They showed up the first day, but were not done by EOD.  Was told to expect them the following morning to finish up.  By late morning that following day, no crew, and no communication.  I called to complain about no phone call - and was told there was an emergency elsewhere and they would be out the following day.  That did happen, and the work was completed.
Our electric dog fence was cut in two places, which were relatively easy to find and repair.
However,, another power line servicing lights out back was also nicked by one of the installers - who brought it to our attention after the fact, but it had been re-buried, so we had no idea where to look.  Subsequently, I had to have an electrician come on-site and resolve it.
When I brought this to the attention of the company - I was told essentially that I was a problem customer, and had complained at every stage, and they would expect me to blame them.  Now I take exception to people copping an attitude with a reasonable ( I thought) customer,, when there were mistakes made, and I called them on it.  I asked for them to reimburse us for 50% of the electrician fee.

1/31/14 - Was contacted by their mgmt. team, who met us 1/2 way on the electrician bill.  I will upgrade them to use again, and they do take client feedback seriously.  Thank you.

"Our technician Kevin was awesome! Very knowledgeable and did a great job on the light fixture. I actually called them back to have additional work done."
