We were traveling in our motor home on a Saturday in the Florida Keys when we experienced engine trouble. Thankfully we had heard good reports about Rubios Road Service Inc. We phoned Mr Rubio while broke down at the side of the road and to our amazement they had a mechanic working on a Saturday! Mr Rubio sent Bill to our rescue who diagnosed the problem very quickly--bad fuel filters from sitting all winter. He drove to Big Pine Key and obtained the parts we needed and also got the diagnostic tool/computer to review and reset the Cummins engine codes. Bill fixed the problem and cleared the engine diagnostic codes for us. He even followed us to Big Pine Key to be sure everything was working properly.
We recently had a fluid leak problem with the same motor home while in Key West. Mr Rubio sent Bill out to check it out for us right away.
