Pinewood Enterprises, Inc., is a general contracting company, which was established in Monroe County, FL in 1980. Our company has been involved in all phases of construction, both commercial and residential, new construction to renovations. Pinewood Enterprises Inc. has been able to continue to be a leading provider to the Lower Keys community and Key West for its construction needs by building on its strong foundation of providing a quality product with customer relations a priority. Pinewood Enterprises, Inc. helped maintain its growth by expansion into the on-site wastewater treatment plants and heavy equipment rentals; a division which was later sold. It continues to focus on construction of premier residences and renovations. Our current office staff is knowledgeable about the current issues facing construction in the Florida Keys and available to answer questions pertaining to many issues. In 2005, with the continued frenzy in the housing market, especially in key destination areas such as he Keys, our principal, Brooks Thommes, obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales license and continues to be active in the sales and marketing of real estate in the area. Also in 2005, the 2nd generation of Pinewood Enterprises was established with the addition of Chris Thommes as a Florida Certified General Contractor. Having spent school breaks and summers working in the field to learn construction techniques, after college Chris worked full time taking over supervisory and management duties along with estimating and sales. Chris currently does all sales and management for the company. Pinewood Enterprises, Inc., boasts stability and continued growth in the Keys community.
